Seminar »Reaching architects« – hosted by MÄCKLER ARCHITEKTEN in Frankfurt am Main

What is it all about?
In our »Reaching architects« seminar, you will learn about strategies for successful property sales and how to address the most important target groups in the property business in a targeted manner. The content of our two-day seminar will help you to position your company, your product solutions and yourself in the best possible way with (interior) architects and project developers.
The seminar is equally suitable for participants with a sales and marketing background. The exchange of experiences between the participants is an integral part of our concept. When putting together the seminar, we therefore attach great importance to a deliberately heterogeneous field of participants with different backgrounds and from different segments.
Who is our seminar aimed at?
- 🌐 Area sales: For experienced employees in area sales or three-stage sales, the seminar provides everything you need to know to specifically and successfully address the target group of architects.
- 🔑 Key Account: For key account employees, our training programme offers fresh impetus from outside, the exchange of experiences with like-minded people and the opportunity to optimise their own sales work down to the last detail.
- 📐 Career changers: For architects working in design and planning, this training course offers the ideal basis for a successful career change into property consultancy and sales work. Please contact us for special conditions for self-payers.
- 📢 Marketing: For marketing employees of building product manufacturers, the seminar offers the opportunity to develop a common understanding of target group needs in close cooperation with sales.
- 👥 Team leaders: For team leaders, the regular seminars offer structured and reproducible training successes in which entire teams can participate together or at different times. Our seminars are also an ideal addition to the internal onboarding of lateral hires.
What are the benefits?
Our declared aim is to maximise the gain in knowledge in combination with a relaxed and open exchange atmosphere. The group size is limited to 15 people, enabling both wide-ranging and goal-oriented discussions with the entire group and the consideration of individual questions from each participant. The result: you return to your day-to-day work with numerous concrete recommendations and practical tips.
Your understanding of the working methods and day-to-day challenges of architects and other important target groups will have improved significantly. This will enable you to work together with all project participants on an equal footing in a goal-oriented and at the same time collaborative partnership, which means that your products can be included in the tender with a high probability of success.
How does it work?
With our focus on addressing architects, we have created a clear thread running through the content of the seminar that provides orientation in our broad range of topics. The content is clearly structured and builds on each other. In addition to an insight into basic knowledge about architecture and design, you can expect a comprehensive toolbox of practical reports, concrete recommendations and tips and tricks for successfully addressing target groups in marketing and sales.
We highlight and outline the most important processes for successful collaboration between marketing and sales. We take a close look at the milestones and potential stumbling blocks that can be decisive in winning a property. We also engage in direct dialogue with the target group in the form of a Q&A session. Take a look at the curriculum to familiarise yourself with the topics and process in detail.
