The challenge: From specialist to partner at eye level
Remmers wanted to sharpen its perception in the market and position itself with architects as the holistic partner that the company already is. The interdisciplinary team from marketing and sales was faced with key questions:
- Perception: How does the image of a problem solver for special cases become that of a full-service provider?
- Approach: How can differentiated communication be achieved that complements the strong focus on fabricators with a targeted approach to planners?
- Attitude: Where is the internal overview lacking and how can a common understanding of the strategic direction be created?

Our service: Workshop »Day 1« as a compass
To answer these questions, we held our »Day 1« workshop directly on site at Remmers. In an intensive exchange with the marketing and sales team, we worked on the brand, the target groups, the competitive environment and communication. The aim was not only to define content, but also to develop a common attitude and create strategic clarity.
