We help customers from the construction and architecture industries to better understand and address their target groups in a targeted manner. How do we do that? With a good dose of creativity and a preference for hands-on mentality. In a dynamic, interdisciplinary team with a great working atmosphere. Architects, designers, organizational talent and techies work on exciting projects for us. What does that look like?

  • We work remotely, it's part of our DNA. It doesn't matter whether you want to be part of our team from Berlin, Hamburg Munich or Mülheim
  • We believe in flexibility, flat hierarchies and a good dose of humor that can bring out the best in everyone
  • We are looking for people who are in the mood for new challenges, have excitement and fun and have no problem with speed, change and outside-the-box thinking
  • We are convinced that work should be fun. That is why we meet regularly to work together in different cities or we go on vacation together for a week, during which there is also a bit of work → we call this “Workation”

Who exactly are we looking for?

Do you live and breathe strategic thinking, but do you also have a deep understanding of marketing and sales? Can you help our customers meet the requirements of the industry and target groups? Is it your great strength to be an idea provider, innovator and consultant all in one while always keeping an eye on the big picture? You want to develop new project ideas and join the various business units of hej.build to move forward? And: The development of innovative digital strategies is not new territory for you?

Then you're in the right place with us. Because we are looking for a new team member in the area Digital Strategy & Concept.

  • You have considerable experience in project development, work in a structured and process-oriented manner and have a high degree of self-organization skills
  • You have a strong affinity for architectural and construction topics. A background in these areas is not a must, but a plus
  • A high level of creativity and a desire to intensively engage with target groups in architecture and in the contract business are a prerequisite
  • For this position, we need the ability to moderate and negotiate and an authentic, open appearance
  • Personal initiative and the desire to think outside the box are just as important as the willingness to work in a young remote company that deals with new work concepts

Your tasks

  • You drive digital strategies forward and use your ideas to fuel our strategic and operational projects
  • You develop new concepts and solutions and bring new projects to life in close cooperation with our customers
  • You provide cross-media and target group-specific advice, moving along the entire customer journey, from kick-off workshop to introduction to customers
  • You work hand in hand with our various project management and consulting teams in the individual units and take full responsibility for projects
  • Together with our product and sales teams, you will ensure that the wishes of our customers find their way to the target group

Interview via Google Meet

In a 30-45 minute video call, we exchange ideas intensively and define the next steps together. We usually ask you to complete a small test task until follow-up. 👩💻👨💻

Follow Up

We will answer your and our questions that have arisen and are happy to provide insights into our previous projects and working methods. If necessary, you present the results of the test task to us. And we decide together whether a personal meeting in Essen, Hamburg or elsewhere makes sense before you and we make the decision.
