Who exactly are we looking for?

- You have considerable experience in project development, work in a structured and process-oriented manner and have a high degree of self-organization skills
- You have a strong affinity for architectural and construction topics. A background in these areas is not a must, but a plus
- A high level of creativity and a desire to intensively engage with target groups in architecture and in the contract business are a prerequisite
- For this position, we need the ability to moderate and negotiate and an authentic, open appearance
- Personal initiative and the desire to think outside the box are just as important as the willingness to work in a young remote company that deals with new work concepts
Your tasks
- You drive digital strategies forward and use your ideas to fuel our strategic and operational projects
- You develop new concepts and solutions and bring new projects to life in close cooperation with our customers
- You provide cross-media and target group-specific advice, moving along the entire customer journey, from kick-off workshop to introduction to customers
- You work hand in hand with our various project management and consulting teams in the individual units and take full responsibility for projects
- Together with our product and sales teams, you will ensure that the wishes of our customers find their way to the target group
