Hello and welcome to our healthy materials course. The first course as part of the Materials Academy, which has been offered by us in the background for many years with otherwise usual face-to-face formats — and now also digitally and hybrid in the future, in a very contemporary way. This is the first course in a series of learning content created and offered in cooperation with Skillrooms.

As part of the Materials Academy, we want to share our knowledge with you and turn you into enthusiastic materials experts. When it comes to experts, I naturally speak of valued colleagues. With this form, I would like to expressly include and address all genders due to the intelligibility and fluency of speech.

What can you expect in the course? Get to know healthy materials, where selected companies and their solutions are presented and presented using specific patterns and appropriate materials. The materials and building materials should serve as a compass and as inspiration. It is an exemplary compilation that shows how wide the variety of building materials available on the market is today.

My goal is to broaden my horizons as much as possible in order to make it clear what healthy construction entails. The examples are about more than just green. This is already shown here by the first example of material, which can now be found as an example of green material in entrance halls, offices, etc., and is used there. In addition to the beautiful natural color, other aspects of this material are also interesting, such as the acoustic performance, which I think you immediately notice here. Air-improving properties, it balances humidity, etc.

Ideally, the overview influences their future decisions to work more with healthy materials and use them accordingly in upcoming construction projects.
