Your tasks
- You drive our strategic and operational projects forward with your ideas
- You develop new concepts and solutions and bring projects to life in close cooperation with our customers
- You advise target groups and work along the entire customer journey, from kick-off workshop to introduction to customers
- You work hand in hand with our various teams in project management and consulting and take full responsibility for projects
- Together with our product and sales teams, you will ensure that the wishes of our customers find their way onto the product roadmap and to the target group
What we need
- A consultant who knows the processes and decision-making processes of the most important players in the construction and architecture sector
- People with a good dose of initiative and the drive to implement their own ideas: gladly “off the beaten track” too, because we sometimes think unconventionally
- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the needs and working methods of the architecture target group
- A good sense for the right target group fit depending on project requirements
- An accurate and experienced communication talent with a convincing customer: Interaction and reliable reasoning
- Someone with experience in strategic consulting, in a strategic role with construction product manufacturers, also with project or professional team management
- Very good know-how in the areas of marketing and sales, ideally with a focus on topics related to contract sales
- Interest in technology and digitization topics and their integration into business strategy + affinity for tools and software
- Clear written and spoken communication (German/nice to have: English)
- The flexibility, mobility and willingness to travel required in day-to-day consulting

- People who have no experience in strategic consulting
- In this case, we are not looking for pure sources of ideas and initiators who do not bring the projects “onto the streets” and carry them out
